To Be "Immune" From People Giving You Bad Rep,
Then The Person Giving It To You, Must Either be @ A Status of "Is on a distinguished Road" and a "Newbie" on the forum post list.
Or If The Person Has Rep Points which count up to "Unknown Quantity at this point" or below Then They cnt give out bad rep To Other People

I see, so even if I had 200,000 rep points people could still bad rep you with under 99 rep points?
