What on Earth are you on about? There is not a 'best console' so obviously they cannot 'beat' each other, like I said there's advantages and disadvantages to both and it comes down to opinion and needs.Quote:

Well considering HD-DVD is discontinued then i'd say that the PS3 has a huge advantage over the 360 when it comes to movies and storage medium.

Yes, I've added online price to the 360 as pretty much everyone goes online on it. That's just 2 years. It's likely your going to be paying for more than 2 years.
So, if you have both consoles for 2 years you pay a similar price. If you have it longer than 2 years the PS3 starts becoming cheaper. Along with that the PS3 is a Blu-Ray player and all of the other features that I've mentioned.
