I never said that you should be in more during school time, I'm saying that people shouldn't be praising for something that should have happened regardless. Also improvements could be made, if you hired up to your staff limit then there can be a higher number of staff in during less busy hour and I never said that people should be there during SCHOOL hours, just outside school hours which was the main problem.
I must admit, I find your post highly and unnecessarily negative and I'm not quite sure why you even brought that up.

You need to learn (As well as DogBoy) that anyone who is managing needs to take on-board criticism and not just ignore it because it is 'negative' and I brought it up because after Christmas when the same problem arises of low activity because all the staff are busy with school work you are going to have everyone at your heels demanding answers.
I'm very open to taking suggestions and feedback from HxHD visitors. You're just saying we don't deserve any praise, which is not really feedback at all. It's just sort of being negative to be negative:P

b) I have already told you that something needs to be done before Christmas passes, which is 'Feedback'.
