MattGarner's more active than Jin so if he's in the room he can just come & ban the person from the room.

but its the same everytime hxhd changes ownership

the owner is active for a month+ then becomes inactive lol

everyone jumped for joy when jin got it over nvrspk then he's now become inactive lol

not the layout itself but the new change of ownership :P
