On the UK, I'm sure there was 3 but then someone got permed with 1 of them on their account. There is a possibility they were unpermed but I don't remember that happening.

In circulation as in being traded it would seem so. But they are still in active existence from what has been said here.

Pretty much this. I'd say 6-10 purple smokes.

Also I doubt that there are all 12 american idol trophies in circulation , I myself have seen 2 till now
