Yeh tough times in the USSR back then- that's how I ended up in Hong Kong. I sympathize highly with his plight and have voted for him.
Just voted again on both of my accounts and will continue too, i really hope he gets it, so sweet of you to do this for him. i can't believe someone's future is determined over facebook though, it's not fair at all.

I've voted but I find it absolutely ridiculous that it's decided via Facebook if this student does or does not go into University. Based on what you've said he seems like the kind of guy who actually WANTS to do well.
