@Deeb, Microsoft Flight Simulator was discontinued by microsoft after they made FSX however they have started a new game called Microsoft Flight. There where detailed discussions on the forum recently on that game so check them out however I recommend FSX and FS9 :)
I think this was the thread: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthrea...crosoft+flight
I own both FS9 and FSX, FSX is really good it's probably the only true flight sim you'll see in awhile

In terms of your ILS issue. You need to have the ILS tuned before you even start turning to line up with the runway. If you've got the autopilot in, depending on whether you're flying a Boeing or Airbus there will be a button you need to press, the APPR button. Also put in AP1 and AP2 once the approach button has been pressed. This will allow an autoland correctly. Once you've done that, if you fly the aircraft on a heading thats about 45 degrees off from being lined up with the runway the aircraft will automatically line its self up and start descending. Then when you're at about 200 feet you can disconnect the autopilot and land it :)
Google FSX ILS Tutorial - they are thousands!
