According to dbgtz, Australia had to play against a group of people that was in the room, because New Zealand didn't show up.

Which is exactly what I predicted!

This would have worked well if they mimicked old campaigns like Rule The School, Diner 08, Habboween 11.. where everyone just signs up to one of say 12-20 teams and then first come first serve when a match is announced gets to play for the team, those people win = entire team wins. This right now is just a flop.
