What rule would that be? It says you can post pointlessly in the spam forum so it's a non issue. moaning for the sake of moaning.

That rule is fine :P

It is not allowed to post pointless posts or threads like "aifdhgsdfhgsdo" or numerous threads which essentially "spam" the New Posts search.

Well you aren't allowed to post numerous threads? That rule is enforced, it's just up to moderator discretion as to how many threads are too many.
