I do, his name's Rich. ^_^.
I have lost weight in the past 2 months since I started Rugby and especially since I've started eating less. Before I started Rugby I can fit in my jeans without having to undo them; and before I could barely fit in. But I'm still fat :(Quote:

Forget that you think you're fat, and if you eat less fatty stuff and do more sport then you might get thinner and if you look at yourself after a couple of months you might think 'Woah! Is that me I'm seeing?!' My brother did that, it worked for him :) .Quote:

Are you like just chubby or really really fat?
I know im bad :( but hey pixxel keep it up + rugby is an amazing game when your "fat" just use your weight as an advantage...
Ciaran I know what it must feel like but dont give up! Try to balence your diet. Like science eat one of each. dont over eat too much because this with increase your matablism. Also try and go out with your friends and do stuff. It can just be walking or something but try and excercise! If you want to join a club try a more running sport than a strenth sport. That can slow it down with the diet. Running is the good sport for lowering your stomach fat. Or maybe at home try and do sit-ups or jogging. :-
12=20 sit-ups
13=25 sit-ups
14=32 sit-ups
15=36 sit-ups
16=40 sit-ups
I know its hard but id say to do this it would be hard but keep trying!
:)
lol sorry to embarass you but im not the one we are giving support to.. if anything i need to gain weight before i die...
its pixxell who needs the support... :)
Too right Ciaran...
My cousin lost all his confidence when he put on weight a while ago, then he started rugby, and he's now playing for one of the best london clubs, and he's got all that confidence back, and lost alot of weight too.
So keep it up Pixxell!
I play rugby if i get hit i bet id feel it 10 times harder than you coz im a stick... hehe so there is a huge advantage there... just learn to balance your weight when you tackle nd nothing will stop you
