Yes theres a "Slight Possibility" in MY mind that Normal Iced will be recoloured and renamed.

I get the following message when trying to open the client.action,

Huollamme parhaillaan Habbo Hotelia. Avaamme hotellin mahdollisimman pian.

Get exactly the same message when trying to use a Finnish proxy.
