I reckon thats a load of rubbish tbh, because you'd be running for
your county and stuff.
I'm quite good at running, I prefer long distance though. I hate short

I can't remember my time but I used to always win at 1500 or 800m in school :D

Done it this morning in P.E, I got 3:34 and didnt stop

We also dont 1500m and I got 7:24 for that, he said if we stop we get detention and he was very serious so I couldnt stop on that either!

I prefure short distance, due to asthma it is hard. But i got 3:11 i think on the 800m

and i got 3.25, admittedly we did the 400m sprint before that so y'no..

400 is the worst. Because you need to go at 4 different speeds, and if you muck it up, you'll end up walking over the line.
