Layout doesnt flow, hence i dont like it.
The backend kills the use of stripes.
Sygon, your sig bar says "visit us now" there's nothing to visit ^_^
I said that about the backend but it wont be viewed by loads so it doesnt matter much.
Nice layout Si, except the logo.
The stripes should fade out when they go down.

Anyways as for useful comments maybe make the nav a slightly different shade so you can differentiate from the normal header... it seems to "teogether-ish" for my liking... but otherwise pretty good :) simple and pretty - oh an maybe a different font for the content possibly?
How else would you like to call chopping up the images so you can code the layout..

The backend name is pointless, the reason why Habbo changed it was because it is a unlikely name for someone to enter. You should think of a unique name, otherwise it is pointless.
