Interested in a girl 3 years younger than me

My dad is 10 years older than my mum
I'm a year and 3 days older than my girlfriend
And both of those are fine, but if I was 3 years older than her that instantly makes me a pervert? How does that work?
It's not like she'd be a 7 year old (because that really is just wrong)
Don't listen to other people and be with the person you like, if they take the **** out of you for it then forget about them because they're not worth it, and in 10-20 years see them and see the difference in age between them and their husband/wife, you'll see most of them will be basically contradicting themselves

So if your mum was 10, And your father was 20, You would find that okay, You need to think more in detail then just age.

It aint that bad, just the fact she's underage..

I mean I'm with someone whos 18, and I'm 15 atm, 16 next week.. So I can hardly talk.

You do have a point, but you do have to put it into context. Your mum and dad met when they were adults (I hope) and planned to get married, have children and the such. When you're young and you obviously don't plan to get married, the reason for going out with people is to enjoy yourself and the time spent with another person. Enjoying spending that sort of intimate time with someone who is far younger than you, at that age, is wrong in the eyes of most people and, usually, the law.

But my mum isn't 10 is she, and she didn't know my dad then either :rolleyes:
And what do you mean more in detail? The whole thing is about age, not every relationship is based on sex believe it or not

To be honest Age doesn't really make a difference.

You just have to be careful seeing as you are 17 and may want to do more things than are aceptable by the law...
