Found wood in my winegums...

Yeah I found few nails in my tecso loaf once so they gave me 2 50quid vouchers pmsl

Damm right i'd sue! Well, i say that now but if it happened i'd probably take it out and eat it and carry on with the day. :)

Urghh. Thats horrible! A few months ago I kept purchasing Revels from a shop down the road and when I opened the packets the chocolate seemed to be white and basically gone off. :[

But I complained to the manafacturer and got £10 worth of vouchers to spend on chocolate!

Chocolate goes white when it goes past the Best before date

Went to a restaraunt once, when I was about 12 and we were having sunday lunch and there was a false nail in my roast potatoe... I always wonderd how it got into the middle of the potatoe.

Anyway, if your going to complain they will probably appologise and just give you a free packet of winegums.

The reason they give you like 50 packets for free is that if they dont. You might sue AND they know for a fact they will loose and get sued for millions. My advice. Well.. If you can afford. Sue.

Definitely write a letter of complaint, In year 11 my technology teacher was telling me when she found a metal shell, or something in her pack of smarties, she sent it off with a letter and they gave her like LOADS Of smarties :D I want loads of smarties :(

I remember I found a daddy long legs in my crisps when I was like 10 :S

What if I had swallowed it and choked? What if I had swallowed it and it was sharp enough to rip my throat? What if other packets have them too and someone doesn't realise and swallows it whilst my knowledge could have prevented it?

As a consumer you shouldn't have to be watching in case you swallow a piece of wood when you buy something. I have the right to complain and I plan to do so.
