I'm 6'3 12.4 stone :).

You might interpret your weight as being "overweight" when in actual fact you are well proportioned. Muscle tissue weighs more than fat, so scales are a complete waste of time if you have a lot of muscle mass.

Best judge of weight is by how comfortable you feel with yourself, and sometimes how people close to you see you. I know thats a bit shallow, but its true :P

Well I just checked and I've put on more weight than previously thought, im about 12.8 more or less 13 anyway. I never weighed myself on way in. :P

Anyway yeah, regardless Im happy with my weight, wierdly this is the best shape I've probably been in.

Apparently i'm OK but I know i have got a beer belly imo
