On this forum does every rule break result in a warning/infraction?

Do they not give PM warnings to minor rule breakers?

But they're only done when an infraction or warning occurs. A proper PM from a moderator which they wrote would be nice, at least you can have a down to earth discussion with a person and not a system PM :P
