How long did it take for the controllers to get to you?

got the email saying theyd been dispatched yesterday and got them today. 3-4 days in total i think

-.- They told me to send my faulty controller back, even though it is fault I cant be bothered because its the only one I have.

What did you say to get yours for free? I told him it kept de-syncing from the xbox and it would never charge.

I got a wireless headset. How do i check when it will come? the person didnt take my email address. She just gave me a reference number

i think it is just if you get a nice person on the phone. I just said that my headset wasnt charging and the woman said straight away that she was sending a new one.
