it's going to take you a matter of seconds to reach the bottom, no way are you gonna have time to get it up a girl never mind have sex with her try to be realistic. i'd probably sit now, or if I had a joint on me quickly have a last toke, i'd be happy.
open the lift roof hatch and climb up the falling cable and if possible grab a cable that isn't falling with the lift. then theres just a long way down to climb...
They did an experiment about jumping on some program once and if you jump before you hit the ground yes, you live.

It all depends on how fast its going and how many floors. If theres enough time, try and climb to the top of the lift and open the roof :P

Lets make the story cheesy.
The lift is going to fast upwards, it breaks through the roof and then your falling to the ground in a box with nothing around you apart from air.
But whats the possibility of:
Lift going out of control
Breaks failing
