hahaha and to think we were going to pay £17 million for him last season, man city can have him. We can stick with alonso thanks as tbh i think he is the better of the two.

£12M, not a bad price seeing as tough Tottenham once spent what? £17M on Darren Bent and around the same price on Bentley.

Villa got a good deal to be honest. 12 million is great especially when his contract expires in a few weeks.

He was contracted till next year.

You really think they would buy him now if his contract expired in a few weeks? not even Manchester City would be that crazy with their money.
