When I first joined Habbox, if you mentioned Habbox Rare Values, there were some who would instantly kick you. In room descriptions some Habbos made it very clear, mention Habbox and you will be kicked. It really took time for Habbox to be accepted.
Properclone the first Site Manager was a legend, and no doubt set the standard for future Management. He was a very likeable character, intelligent and easy to get along with.
Who remembers when housekeeping on Habbo was broken into? Was it 2004 or 2005? Habbox staff were targeted. Properclone, sierk, jackhb, I think seacat too.
At that time Sierk had a very up to date museum, containing every item of furni that existed. Totally amazing rooms, they were set out like a catalogue, it also included every single HC gift. His rooms were deleted including his pet which had been purchased the first day of release. Sierk did rebuild the rooms after he was compensated, but I guess it would be impossible now to have an up-to-date museum.
During this time I worried I would be a target, but I was saved somehow, and one evening I was sat in a trade room, when much to my surprise Properclone walked in, I rarely saw him in trade rooms, as he was more into kick wars. I tried speaking to him and he ignored me lol. I mentioned it to him on msn, and he stated he hadn’t been on Habbo. He instantly signed into Habbo and found most if not all of his furni now in his hand.
I remember the early versions, very nostalgic :)
hmmmm, this may or may not be a figment of my imagination. Was one of the reasons Habbox got to control rare values was because Sierk became insanely rich from the thrones that were given out for Ione's birthday? May well just be a myth that he had rooms full of them hahaQuote:
