Habbo mods permed banned him for explicit language, from what I heard from him via skype. Same reason I warned him.

As of yet hxhd in-chargers have not said anything here (I don't think) but I do have something to raise from page 2:
This is something which is almost never followed by help desk staff because it is not protocol; help desk staff are told "you must follow the system at all times". The one example I can think of where the official warning system is thrown out the window is those room reloaders who spam retros or credit generators who we kick/mute/ban instantlyQuote:
- PLEASE don't be too confined by warning system. If somebody is clearly there to ruin your day, get rid of them as soon as possible. e.g. spamming room with vulgarities aimed at an individual - NO NEED TO GO THROUGH WARNING SYSTEM.
This is a difficult thing to follow though. I totally agree that sometimes it isn't necessary to go through the warning system with people who clearly aren't going to stop trolling, but at the same time we then get targeted by these people for not following it.
I think all of us (HxHD staff, I mean) need to use our brains a bit more rather than running straight to the warning system. We have already seen that whilst warning some people makes them stop, it makes others worse. There is never going to be one set of rules that will work for dealing with everyone and some of us are having a hard time understanding that.
Also @Kyle; your feedback was very helpful (and I think I +repped you for it) and we will be taking it on board. Particularly your point about confidence in what you're doing.
