i reached a point where i was stuck on -1st 6lb and it was annoying as hell because i wanted to reach my stone and a half and it wasn't happening so i gave up :( i've been walking 4 miles a day since pokemon go is out, though, and i've started eating healthy again too so maybe i've lost but i haven't checked. i'll carry on for the rest of this week and then weigh myself on tuesday i think
I've been dieting since I came home from uni, which was 11 weeks or so ago. I weighed myself at the start and a few weeks after and found out I lost half a stone! I refuse to weigh myself again though because I know it'd get out of hand and I'd get too obsessive and starve myself lol. I'll check in September when I'm about to go back
I've been eating really well so far to be honest, had a few cheat days but nothing too bad. I've cut chocolate and caffeine out of my diet completely and rarely eat anything carby. Most of the time I've been living on meat (mainly chicken) and fruit and veg along with gallons of water haha. My only downfall Is alcohol, but I've limited myself to vodka and sparkling water
