The funnest interface change to make on Ubuntu is installing a Mac like dock - and wobbly windows of course :)

Well, what I like about Mac OS X is the design, but not the closedness lol. It's so much better though. Having applets built into in instead of downloading add-ons and stuff. All works so seamlessly!
