You were right to not believe them, its not a hallucinogenic drug. All poppers do is cause the blood vessels to dilate (which causes a sudden drop in blood pressure), increases heart rate, and produces a sensation of heat and excitement that usually lasts for a couple of minutes.

Poppers aren't all bad, I can't even see if they can be classified as a proper drug?
I take sniff them on Fridays when I'm getting mashed before going to our music venue (we obvs. have weed and alcohol). The short term effect only lasts about 5 minutes, if that to be totally honest, but if you keep taking them then you gradually start to feel it and it lasts throughout the night.

They're good if you want somethin' cheap.

Even though its not classed as a dangerous drug, if you keep sniffing it you might end up wanting a bigger buzz so your gonna end up like 2 druggies who fail in life.
Don't take drugs unless you know what they're doing to you.

I don't take them everytime, I'm not a druggy. I haven't done weed since new years eve, nor have I done poppers for nearly a month.

ALSO, my brother takes weed when he's stressed. He's done it since he left school, more than likely whilst he was at school, and he's not "failed". He's got a life. A wife, 1 kid & 1 baby, a nice job and a pretty awesome flat, he's moving into a house as soon as their's one available around here.

I can hardly see how me, my brother, CRACK and every other minor drug users are failing, because I'm defiantly not.

A lot of smack addicts end up with no life because they cant afford their addiction but dont steriotype us all. A lot of children/teenagers/adults smoke weed and live a healthier life that a lot of the people on this forum.

It's not alright to do drugs, but at the end of the day it's you personally who decides how much drugs you want to take. If you're smart you won't take alot, if you're not then y'know.
