In my opinion, what ever Habbo do, they're going OTT.
I remember in '04 it was good, you know, everything, just right?
But now, if they add too many OTT things, it's going to look silly.
Was Habbo originally meant to be a Hotel?

Do you not realise that is the long term idea? Notice the better features which people have craved? Notice the change of name from Habbo Hotel to just Habbo?

Sulake are rebranding the game to stop the decline of numbers and it's working so far.

They took out the Hobbas, and the reason's already been said. I myself witnessed alot of corruption on their side. Fixing of competitions and the such.

They also removed Hobbas to usher in the new era, the "X" era.

They removed Hobbas due to corruption and new child laws which ment if they were to keep the Hobbas they'd have to travel around the country interviewing the people who were Hobbas.
