800Mhz should get 5.9 if it's set up properly. Mine does and so does a load of other people's.

I've got 3GB RAM, what scores should I be getting, mines ****.

Mines set up fine, everythings up to date etc, just the brand

Is it in dual channel? 800Mhz definitely gets 5.9 in dual channel if you have a decent memory controller on your motherboard.

Mine shows as 5.6, then I overclock my CPU and put my RAM at 801MHz instead of 800 and it boosts it up to 5.9? :S

I think that's OK :P I do have 4GB 667MHz RAM in dual channel but because im in 32-bit I think it's not giving me my full RAM speed.
