I can't see why they don't use the rights-only activation of stuff like that. It can definitely be done since only people with rights can operate doors/gates.

I think it will be like the halloween rug, by you rotate it to change.

i really like the ice cube tree, looks cool. not sure about all the penguins though?!?!?! so many different ones, totally random
