Certificates for housekeeping are required, but they login to the client normally, im guessing if they needed certs to login to habbo everytime it would get annoying.

Also i can't see how vintus is stuck up at all, Will's alright i suppose i dont really speak to him but hes no way as bad as Kaotix / Ash hes king stuck up.
