That's actually interesting to read because my mother has a pharmacy, and I've heard many people say that name and whenever anyone says it here in Portugal, we say 'Para-set-a-mol'. :P

For me it'd be people not being able to say my name correctly since it's a portuguese one that just doesn't exist the same way in English.
