They tend to put a lot less crud in skunk, well less harmful crud. If they cut it then they cut it with other plants where as solid is cut with plastic and stuff.

I dunno. But its not like its something thats hard to get hold of. When i was in school ther wer the kids who wer intrested in it and they got ther hands on it and tried some and then ther wer the kids who wernt intrested and they wouldnt pretend they wer, theyd be totally against it and stuff.
