It may mean they like it, but then they steal it and claim it as your own. It is like, if you were doing a beautiful painting no one had seen yet, and someone runs in just at the finishing paintdrop and steals it, then on the news you see "Brilliant artist makes masterpiece"

How would you feel?

i'm resigning from this,so take me off the list,i think it really is pathetic that this is a now like a club,a few signatures won't make a difference,real people out there do

Let's say I posted a sig on a different forum. Someone steals it and posts it here. I could care less because I know that what they say about it are actually towards me.
