Honestly i think it was a quick problem solve way, filter it and then contact later.

Due to MAD not on yet thus no contact.

He was the one who filtered it by the looks of it, it's a 5 second job to PM someone so why he didn't do it immediately after filtering it is beyond rational thinking :P

I also think that tehupload should be unblocked

Might of done it then got given anothr job to do asap thus he forgot?
