This is very serious issue. You need to contact the police (I know you already have) but you need to make sure they take it seriously and make sure you speak out and make sure this stops.
I would personally disagree, there are better ways to guide your children than to suggest that hitting - however lightly and whatever 'offence' they committed - is the right way to respond to someone doing something wrong.Quote:
