I am not sure if it's a goid idea for Mods to post their pms but the way I see it is all members should be treated in a friendly,individual and respectful way - it's a fansite not an enforcement agency. My view is that any member who gets a pm that they are not happy with should forward it to Matt or Garion to have a look and they can deal with any mod as they feel necessary. I am sure it would be dealt with seriously. :)
