He'd been shot plenty of times before and come back, that's not a good answer.

maybe thats why, maybe he doesnt want to be shot anymore because one of these times he will.

True, his life will be at risk.

hes dead and even if he is hiding in some exotic island then he is dead and its been kept quiet.
