I rung them the other day trying to get a wireless headset, answered the hard questions (damn they were hard to make up answers to on the spot) and he said I have to send it back to be repaired, but today I got this email again:

Just a word of advice, if your trying for a wireless adaptor, don't do what my friend did. He said he hasn't been able to get on Xbox live for weeks, when he gave them his serial number they could read him like a book. It shows the gamertags and when they were last online the console, one of them was online at that very time!

EDIT: When they tell you to send them back for repair DONT, they just sent my controller without even e-mailing me to say that it was arriving :P ahh well.
