Ah, all of this debating and I haven't even recieved EMA yet since they take a gazillion years to process it all. They sent me a letter with my name stated as "LAIM" when it's supposed to be Liam, I seriously hope I don't have to contact them to ask if they made a mistake with my EMA too. :(

They have a stupidly big backlog they are ploughing through. They sent out letters explaining it, and i got my noe the week after, my mate sent his before mine and is still waiting.

Apperently their new system went down during the summer too so it doesn't help with 150,000+ students who need the money

Would you believe it, EMA is managed by an American company.
