The reputation removal is a privilege. If Nick wasn't removing the reputation just because he didn't want to, Nvrspk would have addressed the situation (correct me if I'm wrong:P).

Priviledge or not, its a waste of space.

Sort it or delete it imo.

Yeah, so he's not doing it because he's thinking of resigning. It's not the same thing as expecting to keep the job and putting it off again and again and again.
