I think the idea is that the 4 deaths were this week.

edit: ohhh the tram driver died, maybe hes the fourth! LOL

LOL the tram driver is obv just an extra so I doubt that counts, presumably it'll be Molly and Ashley (obviously) and presumably Charlotte judging from the talk about John turning her life support machine off. My other bet is either Peter or Fizz's baby. Someone healthy could shock us and go though!
