Works, after you complete each level there is red text saying to submit your score.

I like it, it's missing Curveball though which is going to become a major problem for me in the future.

Not using v3 arcade, using the one made by DBTech. Also didn't go for IPB due to previous security issues that left forums crippled if the exploit was used. I know it has been fixed now but I just feel 50/50 by it.

Previous plugin supported both and so does this one. There is actual IPB games in the arcade at the moment :P
