Yeh, But then again they gave up when they lost their site.
Now the question is while we are on the topic of the younger audience. Are we more strict compared to other fansites and if so in which areas? (Normal moderation)
Moderations fine now, think we are a tad strict on avoiding the filter and personally too leanient on spammers and trolls but meh

Sorry for interrupting buuuuuut most other sites allow swearing on forum and stuff like that... I'm not saying that Habbox should do that, but they do. And they don't hate on new people as much... or immature ones like me! :P but thats what makes Habbox unique I guess?
Yeah I'm against the current swearing filter, I only think 2/3 words actually deserved to be filtered. Profanity isn't as frowned upon in society anymore and only the strictest people (or people in places where you just need good manners in general - e.g. school) care about it that much. Don't try and pull the 'we should have good manners here' thing either considering that never happens in most threads.
I would rather just have an option to enable/disable the filter. Individual choice then and not really Habbox's fault if you find a word you don't like.
We will review all of the rules and make any changes we feel is necessary over the next few weeks.
I like having a swear filter specially around younger members, plus if you can't string a sentence together without a swear word then somethingfs wrong

In a way.
Stop messaging people for pointless posting or moving threads - it makes users think they've actually done something wrong to be contacted by the moderation team. Just do the job, move the thread/edit the post/delete the post but there's no need to tell the member unless they ask.
