Well I'd join, but having no experience in any other planes except for that Microlight and Learjet (IFR though) and no experience in all these words and online experience, I won't be joining you - sorry. :P

Phonetic word letter thingies is Alpha, Beta, Charlie, Delta etc?

Just read guides you'll get it as it is easier than IFR.
