2nd attempt

The layout is done with CSS (no tables). There is 1 image on the page.

P.s. I'm gonna add a 2nd nav bar, a footer and some content boxes - also the links aren't gonna say what they say now (and there probably wont be as many).
Any one got any ideas on improving it?

Nice, all it lacks is the resiablty elminet athogh thats primary tables driven on most sites.
Other than that its well coded, and a nice design as well. Good work, +rep :D
