its ok but u could do more work on it 6.5/10

For a good night effect, paste the hotel image in Adobe Photoshop, make a new layer and fill it all in black, then change the opacity to around 50% :P

Thats fairly good though, but the shading could be improved a bit.

6/10 not to bad.
