It is, well sometimes. I've bought a few bits n' bobs of ebay. Although only buy of respected sellers.

Ebay is safe with your info, just its got alot of scammers on it, which ebay cant help because ebay cant stop an auction unless informed by 3rd party company.

I think he means, there are many Habbo/RuneScape scammers that operate using eBay, however, i'm sure there are many safe buyers and sellers using eBay too. Just be cautous
