My Clay Got Harden!! HELP

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP my playing clay got harden. I put it back in the container but it's sill harden. Is there a way to unharden it?:eusa_pray :eusa_pray

Does wetting it really work? I tried it when I was little but then the play-doh just got mushy and had to throw it away
