Personally I'd save up for a party hat.

Depends on your combat lvl, if your combat lvl is pretty high you really need to get up mage, otherwise spend it on barrows :)
Spent it on mage, Skills are better than money :p
i'd say mage, cause ur a long way off full dharock, and mage owns :p
