Its not hard to make a password up...
No, it was 3 days. "Your password is 3 days old and has therefore expired." I also found it unbelievable, hopefully it is a mistake.
this is getting to the point where I'm getting sick, and I can't remember the passwords I've created.

Why don't you just change it a little bit, e.g. If your password was habbox, change it to habbox1, then habbox2 etc... :p
