What is the point of this forum..?

If someone like Nelly comes alone and wants his layout coded every 5mins get posted in here instead of the main bit.

I dont no my self :S

A question that will mystify people from generation's - or a side effect of this section being run by people who haven't a clue what its about..

Yay someone actually looks at the description before making threads which could be prevented

I still don't get it, Sever side language's are pointless unless you have a client side output. So what are you supposed to do? make two topics for each website discussed?
